Delivery Policy

Revolution uses the South African Postal Service. This enables us to give free postage on all orders over R500.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are between 3 and 5 working days dependant on how outlying the area is. Revolution wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Your order will be sent to your nearest post office. Should you have any issues please contact Customer service at info@revolution.co.za.

Note: a working day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

When do we start counting days?

It depends on your payment method:

EFT payments – The next business day after payment has been received into our bank.
Non EFT (CC) – The next business day after the order has been paid for.

Confirmation email

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email with a tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Revolution due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.

Tracking and Delivery

To follow your order, please use the tracking ID / order number sent to you in your confirmation email and utilize the Post Office’s Tracking functionality on http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/ or by calling them on their Track and Trace number which is 0860 111 502. Your parcel will be sent to the closest post office to your address for collection with your tracking number.
